Lion’s Path Preschool℠ Salem began with a simple belief: Every child is created by God with purpose, and their earliest years are foundational.
Families often find themselves choosing between high-quality preschool education and programs that reflect their faith-based values. We believe that parents shouldn’t have to compromise. Because of this, we understand that families are looking for more than childcare. They want a place where their children are guided, challenged to learn, grounded in faith, and truly known and nurtured.

Meet Our Director, Brandon Lemon!
Brandon is the Director of Lion’s Path Preschool™ Salem, a faith-centered preschool serving families in Salem, Oregon. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in youth development, family-focused programs, and community service to his role in early childhood education.
Brandon is passionate about creating a warm, supportive preschool environment where children feel known, encouraged, and equipped to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. His leadership approach emphasizes strong relationships with children, families, and educators, helping build a preschool community rooted in trust, care, and connection.
Before joining Lion’s Path Preschool™ Salem, Brandon served in leadership with the Family YMCA of Marion & Polk Counties, where he supported programs focused on children, families, and the broader Salem community.
As both a community leader and a parent, Brandon understands the importance of high-quality early learning and trusted partnerships between preschool educators and families. He is committed to helping children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning while creating a welcoming, faith-centered community at Lion’s Path Preschool™ Salem.
